Program Objective
- Creating and implementing the Four Decisions planning and execution framework in your company by engaging your organization’s executive and management team: the Leadership Team.
- Participation in the training program enables your Leadership Team to create and execute a comprehensive growth plan for your people and your organization.

Program Structure
Creating Four Decisions Training Program (the course) consists of the following:
Four Decisions People, Four Decisions Strategy, Four Decisions Execution, and Four Decisions Cash.
Four Decisions Training Program also includes two full day Quarterly Planning Sessions in a six month period.
Each Trainee will receive a minimum of ten hours of instruction per month. Upon completion of the entire Four Decisions Training Program, all successful participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.
There is a minimum of six and a maximum of ten trainees for any given course at one time.

- Each level of the Four Decisions Training Program curriculum will consist of a full day of classroom instruction. Quarterly planning sessions will also consist of a full day of classroom instruction.
- The Four Decisions Training Program is only open to company employees.
- Owners, Shareholders and contractors do not qualify.
- Each level of the curriculum includes use of the intellectual property, assessments, and all materials associated with the program.
Pricing
$6,000 plus GST per trainee for the six month program (60 instructional hours)
Fees can be invoiced and paid monthly for budgeting purposes.
